Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original BURGA packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all original tags.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
